Alliant Power Oregon specializes in meticulously rebuilding and testing mechanical diesel fuel injectors. As a factory-authorized service dealer for Bosch, Stanadyne, Delphi, Denso, Zexel, Ambac, and Yanmar, we use the latest equipment and adhere to strict OEM specifications.

DIESEL INJECTOR REBUILDS AND TESTING
Alliant Power Oregon specializes in meticulously rebuilding and testing mechanical diesel fuel injectors at our state-of-the-art facility. As a factory-authorized service dealer for Bosch, Stanadyne, Delphi, Denso, Zexel, Ambac, and Yanmar, we use the latest equipment and adhere to strict OEM specifications.
Our process includes replacing nozzles, lapping surfaces, setting pressures, and rigorous testing on factory-authorized equipment like the Bosch EPS205.
GAS INJECTOR SERVICE
We have been leaders in gas injector service since the early 1990s. We recently upgraded with the latest ASNU Classic GDI test bench, allowing us to service GDI and port-style injectors for automotive, motorcycle, ATV, and marine applications (including outboards and E-tec). Our thorough cleaning and testing restores over 95% of injectors to OEM performance levels.
