Alliant Power Delivery Service

Program Overview: Alliant Power provides select local Florida customers with a delivery service option.

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must be set up on the AP customer website.
• When placing an order on the AP website, there will be an option of “Deliver” to select. This must be selected to be eligible for delivery on designated delivery days.
• Customers must have pre-paid for the product they order from the AP website.
• Orders must be greater than $500.00 in value to be eligible for delivery and/or core returns.
• Delivery service can be used for core returns and warranty returns if RGA (for core returns/warranty) has been approved and paperwork provided to the driver.
• Driver obtains a signed copy of the invoice that acts as confirmation of delivery of the product.
• Driver returns the signed invoice(s), or RGAs (for core returns/warranty) to FL-01 warehouse staff.
