Every remanufactured long block from Capital Reman Exchange is backed by a comprehensive 12-month unlimited miles/hours warranty ā with the option to extend for an additional 12 months.
REGISTER YOUR ENGINE
Register at capitalreman.com under the Resources tab within the warranty window.
INSTALL NEW OIL COOLER
A new oil cooler MUST be installed. Failure to do so automatically voids all warranty coverage.
FOLLOW BREAK-IN PROCEDURE
Pre-lube, avoid synthetic oil, run 5-10 min initially, then 200 miles/3-4 hours at variable RPM.
12-MONTH COVERAGE
Unlimited miles/hours parts & labor warranty. Extend an additional 12 months for $2,000.

Capital Reman Exchange purchases diesel engine cores across all major platforms. Every returned core is fully disassembled, inspected, and documented ā and you receive credit for every component that can be remanufactured.
- Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Mack & PACCAR cores accepted
- Full teardown inspection with photo documentation
- Credit for every reusable major component
- 30-45 day standard return window (up to 6 months available)
- Cores must be in rebuildable condition, drained and cleaned
CORE RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Return the matching type, size, and model as specified on your invoice.
Standard 30-45 days from invoice date. Extended windows up to 6 months available.
Core must be in rebuildable condition ā no cracked blocks, bent rods, or destroyed heads.
Drain all fluids, clean exterior, wrap in plastic, and mark box āCORE RETURNā.
Include all required paperwork and follow Capital Remanās shipping instructions.
