At Diesel Forward Inc, DBA, Alliant Power, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your course registration. To ensure the interests of our valued customers and our company are protected, we have prepared a cancellation policy that you should review before making any transaction, such as reservations, course registration, or purchases.

Transactions paid at the time of course registration are subject to the following cancellation policy:

• If you cancel 14 to 6 days before the start of your course, you will receive a full refund. 

• If you cancel between 2 to 6 days before the start of your course, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the course fee.

• If you cancel 2 days or less before the start of your course, you will not be eligible for a refund. 

In some situations where unforeseen circumstances, force majeure situations, natural disasters, or suspected fraudulent activities occur, Diesel Forward Inc, DBA, Alliant Power may cancel your course registration. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that refunds are not possible for transactions with a cost below $325.00 per course.

If you need to cancel your course registration, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid forfeiture. You can email your cancellation demand directly to techsupport@alliantpower.com. Please ensure to include your full name, the name of the course you registered for, and the date range to facilitate an accurate and hassle-free transaction.

In the event of a cancellation by us, we will make all reasonable efforts to provide the course as described on our website and in any promotional material. However, we retain the right to:

• Adjust the timetable, location, or presenters of a course, as necessary.

• Modify the content and syllabus of a course if required.

We reserve the right to cancel any course before its scheduled start date, and we will provide written notice of such cancellation. In such a scenario, we will refund the entire course fee paid by you and will make every effort to provide an alternative Course transfer, subject to any price differences that may arise with the new Course.
