  • Minimum one year technician experience servicing diesel distributor fuel injection pumps

  • Working knowledge of ESI [tronic] 2.0, VCS Imaging and WinSource

  • Shop must have an EPS815 test bench with the CRS845 retrofit kit

  • Failure mode analysis of the common rail high pressure pumps CP1/CP3

  • Introduction to the EPS815 test bench with the CRS845 retrofit kit

  • Use of related ESl [tronic] 2.0 serviceinformation system, Help Desk tickets,service tools and test equipment including Bosch Quality Scan (BQS).

What will you earn?

By the end of this training, you will have the confidence to diagnose, test, repair and calibrate specified Bosch diesel fuel systems and use ESI [tronic] 2.0 Service Information System. You will also receive an official Bosch Certification!
